The Process

  • ORDER A PGX TEST

    Purchase a test kit through your private healthcare practitioner or directly from our website. Kits arrive in 2–3 working days, and orders placed before 12:00 midday are dispatched the same day.

  • PROVIDE A SAMPLE

    Collect a small saliva sample using the instructions in your kit. Register it online, then return it in the prepaid envelope by posting it in any post box.

  • WE ANALYSE YOUR DNA

    When your sample reaches our laboratory, we examine the genetic markers that may affect how your body responds to certain medicines. You’ll receive updates throughout the process so you always know what’s happening.

  • RECEIVE YOUR REPORT

    Your personalised report is emailed securely within 4–6 weeks. It highlights which medicines may work better for you and which might need a different dose, helping you and your clinician make safer treatment decisions.
