The Process

Your personalised medical journey with Mantara’s PGx testing.

  • ORDER A PGX TEST

    Either buy a test kit from your private healthcare practitioner or via our website here. You should receive it within 2-3 working days. If you order before 12:00 midday, we will send it out the same day via Royal Mail.

  • PROVIDE A SAMPLE

    Follow the test kit instructions to collect your saliva sample. Register your sample on our website using the link provided in the box. Take your sealed sample to your local Post Office and send it to us free of charge.

  • WE ANALYSE YOUR DNA

    Our laboratory will process your sample, extracting your DNA and identifying your relevant genetic variants which relate to the medications that will be included in your report. We will update you every step of the way so you know what to expect.

  • RECEIVE YOUR REPORT

    We send your personalised report via secure email within 4 to 6 weeks of receiving your sample. The report highlights any medications with genetic concerns and those requiring larger or smaller doses based on your body's metabolism.
