IMPORTANT:

• If you have had a positive Covid-19 test result, please wait until you have 2 days of clear lateral flow tests before providing your sample.

• If you are registering a kit on behalf of a child (aged under 18 years), please use your own email address and phone number and provide your name in addition to that of the child.
